Fogo Island Foodways
What do I take home from a 23 days Summer Culinary Photoshoot on Fogo Island? It was a beautiful, daily inspiration and motivation to work with Sorya Ingrid Gaulin and amazing Fogo Island Inn chef Timothy Charles on a new, identity based visualization of his dedicated culinary approach. I was missed at home, for 23 long single days, but it was the kind of work, I do strive for and certainly will keep on striving for. Work, that feels complete and like, as we called it, an „awakening“.
